Getting photos from a DSLR to your mobile phone is not always easy! To simplify the process for DSLR users, we have built a web interface for adding photos to your sightings. Once you have posted your sightings or session via the Birda app, simply open this URL https://app.birda.org/posts, log in and add your images to the relevant sightings or sessions.
Step 1: Open https://app.birda.org/posts and login
You will need to have created an account via the Birda app before logging into Birda's web app.

Step 3a: Adding photos to a sighting
Drag and drop the images you want to attach or click and add them via your file explorer.
Replace or delete images via the controls in the top right of each image
Drag sighting images to reorder them
Step 3b: Adding photos to a session
For sessions, there are two areas where you can add images. The first is the general session images where you would attach images of scenery or people. The second is the sighting images that would be images of a specific species.
To add a general session image:
Drag and drop the images you want to attach or click and add them via your file explorer.
Replace or delete images via the controls in the top right of each image
Drag images to reorder them
To add a session sighting image:
Select a sighting from the list of sightings.
Then follow Step 3a: Adding photos to a sighting
