Turn your app Push Notifications on or off with the following steps:
Open your profile screen (person icon)
Tap on the gear icon in the top right of your profile screen
Under the Account section, tap on Push Notifications
Tap on the 'Push Notifications' toggle button to turn all push notifications on or off
Or for finer control, level 'Push Notifications' on and tap on each of the push notifications types to toggle them on or off
