Connecting with nature is an important part of all of our well-being - we know that spending time outdoors makes us happier and healthier.

Every time you log a birding Session using the Birda app, it tracks the length of time your Session runs for. This then feeds back into your "Time in Nature" metric which can be found on your Profile page. For example, if you record a birding Session that is two and a half hours long then your Time in Nature metric will increase by two and a half hours.

By recording this birding Session and increasing your Time in Nature metric, you will also increase your "Days Wild" metric by 1 day.
