Ways to Report on Birda
You can report:
When you submit a report, it comes directly to our team. We'll review the content and take appropriate action, which may include banning users, deleting comments and/or posts. Reported posts may be demoted in visibility by our algorithm, limiting their reach on the platform. This ensures a swift resolution to maintain the community’s integrity.
What Happens After Reporting
Once a user, post or comment is reported:
Our moderation team reviews the content to identify potential policy violations.
Posts reported by multiple users will have reduced visibility in the feed.
How to Report a User
Find the User:
Search for their name using the 'People' icon in the top left of the feed.
Or locate them directly in your feed.
Go to Their Profile:
Tap on their name to access their profile page.
Access Reporting Options:
Press the three dots (...) in the top right corner.
Submit the Report:
Select "Report".
Provide a reason for your report.
How to Report a Comment
Locate the Comment:
Find the specific comment you want to report.
Access Reporting Options:
Press the three dots (...) in the top right corner of the comment.
Submit the Report:
Select "Report".
Provide a reason for your report. After reporting, you may also choose to block the user, which ensures their activity is flagged more prominently to the moderation team.
How to Report a Post
Find the Post:
Locate the post you'd like to report in your feed.
Access Reporting Options:
Press the three dots (...) in the top right corner of the post.
Submit the Report:
Select "Report".
Provide a reason for your report.
Our team will review your report and take appropriate action.
