If you are having an issue with your species list not loading, then please follow these steps to resolve the issue

If you are having an issue with your species list not loading, then please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  • logout of the app: profile -> edit profile -> logout

  • then hard close the app

  • then login again

  • then check the species list loads correctly
