If we have been sent a redemption link, it should open the right screen automatically. If you're entering the code manually, follow the steps below.
iOS (iPhone & iPad)
Open the App Store app on your device.
Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Tap Redeem Code button.
Tap Enter Code Manually if prompted.
Type or paste your Birda+ code, then tap Redeem.
Confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
Once redeemed, open Birda and your Birda+ benefits will be active. You may need to close and reopen the app for the change to show up.
Note: You'll need to be signed in to the same Apple ID you use to download apps. The promo will apply to that account, not to Birda itself, so make sure you're signed into Birda using the same device.
Android
Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Tap Payments & subscriptions.
Tap Redeem gift code.
Enter your Birda+ code and tap Redeem.
Confirm the offer.
Once redeemed, open Birda and your Birda+ benefits will be active. If they don't appear straight away, try closing and reopening the app, or pull down to refresh on your profile screen.
Note: The promo is tied to the Google account you used to redeem it. Make sure you're signed into Birda on a device using that same Google account.
Having trouble?
A few things to check if your code isn't working:
Code already used: Each code can only be redeemed once.
Expired code: Promo codes have an expiry date. If yours has passed, please get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
Wrong store: iOS codes only work on Apple devices, and Android codes only work on Google Play. They're not interchangeable.
Existing subscription: If you already have an active Birda+ subscription, you may need to cancel it (it won't charge you again) before redeeming a new code, or the code may stack onto your existing renewal date depending on the offer.
