Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you cancel your trial subscription.
If you still have the Birda app installed:
Open the Birda App on your device.
Navigate to your Profile by tapping the icon in the app’s navigation bar.
Select Settings from your profile menu (the cog symbol in the top right of the screen).
Tap on Birda+, where you can view and manage your subscriptions.
Follow the prompts to cancel your trial subscription.
Don't have the Birda app installed any more?
On iOS:
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap on your name or Apple ID at the top of the screen.
Select Subscriptions from the list.
Locate your Birda+ subscription and tap it.
Tap Cancel Trial to end your trial.
On Android:
Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select Payments & Subscriptions, then choose Subscriptions.
Find your Birda+ subscription in the list and select it.
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the confirmation steps.
If you don't see a Birda+ subscription listed when you follow these steps then it means you're not signed up for Birda+.
If you're currently subscribed to a trial of Birda+ and you cancel before the trial expires you won't be charged.
If you've already got an active subscription it will remain active until the expiry date and then you will no longer be part of Birda+ or make any further payments.
